This year’s theme — Level Up. Build Strong. — celebrates the growth, resilience, and excellence of women across our industry.

From job sites to boardrooms and classrooms, women are raising the bar — shaping skylines, strengthening companies, and mentoring the next generation.

We kicked off the week on March 2nd alongside Carpenter Contractor Trust & Associated Construction Contractors of New Jersey at the Carpenters Apprentice Training Center, highlighting career pathways, apprenticeship opportunities, and innovation in construction training.
