What is your favorite part about being a member of PWC NJ?
The sense of community. PWC NJ has created a powerful network of women who truly champion one another. It’s inspiring to be surrounded by women who are shaping the future of construction while actively supporting each other’s growth. The relationships built within PWC extend beyond events, they turn into trusted professional connections and friendships.
How has your involvement with PWC NJ influenced your career?
My involvement with PWC NJ has expanded both my perspective and confidence within the construction industry. As someone who knew very little about construction six years ago, PWC provided access to experienced leaders, meaningful conversation, and real-world perspective. It has strengthened my understanding of the industry and given me a deeper awareness of the challenges and trends impacting both the market and our clients at P&A.
What advice would you give to someone looking to become involved in the construction industry?
Be proactive, build relationships, and stay curious. Don’t wait until you feel like an expert to become involved. Construction is rooted in trust and collaboration, and the more you participate and ask questions, the more confident and knowledgeable you’ll become.
