What is your favorite part about being a member of PWC NJ?
The best part has been surrounded by empowered women in business. Their stories of leadership, hard work, discipline, hardship, love, and the care for others is the perfect definition of being a professional woman in this industry.
What is the biggest challenge to working in the construction industry?
The biggest challenge is dealing with different temperaments; however, as we grow and work on our empathy towards others, it becomes easier to deal with the men in our environment.
What is the most important skill you have developed in your career?
Leadership. We lead by example. We Work hard and earn our seat like many of our sisters in business have done!
