Why did you become involved in PWC NJ?

I joined PWC NJ to grow my network and connect with other women in the industry who share similar goals and experiences. I also wanted to be part of a group that advocates for women in construction—something that really aligns with what we value at ARC.

What advice would you give to someone looking to become involved in the construction industry?

Keep an open mind and always be ready to learn. The industry evolves quickly and staying curious and flexible is key to success.

Anything else you'd like to share?

I’m proud to be part of ARC and how we embrace innovation—whether it’s using Buildots, drones, or other smart tools. I’m lucky to work with a team that supports growth and celebrates everyone’s success, not just their own. That kind of environment makes a big difference.
