Why did you become involved in PWC NJ?
I wanted to become involved with PWC NJ because of its strong reputation and the community it has built. Relationship building has always been a big part of how I approach business, and I saw PWC NJ as an opportunity to connect with great people, learn more about the construction industry, and become part of an organization that truly supports its members. Through my role with Insperity, I also enjoy being a resource to business owners and leaders, so it felt like a natural fit.
What is your favorite part about being a member of PWC NJ?
The people and the relationships I’ve been able to build. PWC NJ does a great job of bringing together professionals who are genuinely interested in connecting, supporting one another, and creating opportunities. I’ve really enjoyed getting to know other members beyond just exchanging business cards. It’s an organization where you can build meaningful relationships, and that’s what I value most.
What is the most important skill you have developed in your career?
Relationship building, without question. I’ve learned that the strongest business relationships come from listening, being genuine, and understanding what matters to the person sitting across from you. In my role with Insperity, I work with business owners and leaders who all have different goals and challenges. I never want a conversation to feel transactional. I’d rather build trust, be a resource, and create a relationship that has value regardless of whether we ever do business together.
