Why did you become involved in PWC NJ?

We are new members but I’m excited to be more involved. In an industry that is predominately dominated by men, it’s exciting to meet other women in the industry, network, collaborate, support and learn from them.

What is the most important skill you have developed in your career?

Relationships matter. Be kind. Connect and help people whenever possible. Everything is six degrees of Kevin Bacon in New Jersey.

What is the best piece of advice you have ever received?

Be a life long learner. You don’t have to know the answer to every question but being curious to learn and knowing who to ask and building a network of people to help is incredibly important.

Anything else you'd like to add?

Being able to advocate on behalf of the men and women of labor who build New Jersey is an honor, and I’m proud of what we do and that I get to be a part of it.
